What actually is coaching?

I hear you ask, before I go on and explain what it is, let me first say what it isn’t.

It’s certainly not me asking you to overhaul your life if you want to get results.

What coaching actually is, is firstly deeply understanding your needs and wants and then taking your hand and guiding you through the process, step-by-step with the sole intention of you achieving your unique weight loss goal.

I don’t just show you how to do it either, I show you why you’re doing it, so that you become educated along the way.

Come the end of your journey, I want you to be 100% confident that you’ll be able to manage your weight effectively on your own, without my help.

Restrictive plans aren’t my bag and I work alongside you and your current lifestyle to make this a part of your life, rather than it being the other way around.

I am fortunate to have him in my corner, he holds you accountable to do the work. It’s up to you to do it not him. I feel anybody who is an amputee or not can better themselves physically and mentally if they worked with him.

He teaches you if you can learn the mental adjustments you need to take, then the physical and nutrition will fall into place.

It’s a recipe for success.
